Graham has reached a premiere platform in his
career, prepared to exploit the fact that he videotaped hazing in the US Navy.
As a result, he was interviewed in Germany for RTL Explosiv February 19, 1997.
This show aired February 21 and was seen by at least 5.6 million German speaking
viewers in 11 countries. It was repeated February 24, 1997, and seen by another
5 million. Inside Edition sent a reporter to Germany to interview Graham, and
that 14th top rated show in American TV syndication aired the segment in
November 1997. Other broadcasters and newspapers have expressed interest in
Graham including the BBC, British Sky Broadcasting, Reuters, Navy Times, and The
Washington Post.
The endless controversy and perennial timeliness of gays in the
military, drugs in the real Top Gun, sexual harassment, and tobacco -- as well
as a global interest in a Second Coming of JESUS CHRIST intriguingly proposed,
promise that Robert David Graham is ready to visit successfully with any book
reviewer, anywhere. Inside Edition indicated a willingness to forward a strong
recommendation to Oprah Winfrey regarding Graham and his US Navy biography
MILITARY SECRET.
Graham is willing to visit “right wing” shows like Pat Robertson’s PTL Club, and
to do interviews with various religious magazines to discuss the moral shape of
the military as well as spirituality and the debate about the Second Coming of
Jesus.
Graham is currently exploiting this media attention to successfully engage a
literary agency for representation of screenplays, and has great faith in his
ability to secure a movie deal, based on various aspects of his colorful life
story.
A songwriter for 30 years, Graham has performed with his acoustic guitar from
New York City to Washington state. He is comfortable touring colleges and
universities with book excerpts and a guitar. In 1983 Graham received an
Honorable Mention in Nashville’s Music City Song Festival, a stand-out among
over 300,000 competitors.
Graham has film and television training and is experienced with interviews on
radio. As a San Francisco deejay in 1985 Graham had over 500,000 listeners at
KCRK “The Creek” in Walnut Creek CA, Mon-Fri 6-9AM, Sat 4-8PM. He was also a
student deejay and created a weekly book review on radio at Whitworth College in
Spokane, WA.
